1. Physical Health

For example, imagine your body is like a well-oiled machine. Regular exercise is like maintaining that machine by cleaning and oiling its parts. Without maintenance, the machine would start to rust and break down. Similarly, without exercise, your body can become weak and prone to illness.
2. Mental Health
Mental health is about how you feel and think. It includes your emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Good mental health helps you handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. It’s important to take care of your mind just as you take care of your body.
Think of your mind as a garden. If you plant seeds of positive thoughts and nurture them with care, your garden will bloom with happiness and peace. But if you neglect it, weeds of negative thoughts can take over. Activities like reading, playing, and talking to friends can help keep your mental garden healthy.
3. Nutrition

4. Sleep

5. Hygiene
Hygiene is about keeping yourself clean and maintaining good health practices. This includes washing hands, brushing teeth, and taking regular baths. Good hygiene prevents the spread of germs and keeps you healthy.
